The training of trainers programme was developed with both aims to evaluate the local photo walk activities and finalise the activities that are developed within the project by implementing an exhibition with international community that will stay in the international festival in Alcala la Real and presented as well as providing a place to increase the training competences of young people by qualifying them in the activities.
The training programme was consisted of series of methods to address the aims and objectives of the training of trainers activity. The training activity was consisted of evaluation techniques ( explained in handbook ) and variation of the methods that are already developed within the handbook additionally the training development methods which the Council of Europe T-Kit : 6 Training Essentials was presented and tailored to the needs of participants to address their needs and interests within the activity.
